A native of Greenville, SC, Rob has benefited from watching the area grow for many years and is enthusiastically applying his knowledge of the upstate to commercial real estate. Rob was an enlisted soldier in the United States Army where he served with the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment located at Fort Richardson, Alaska. He earned a B.S. degree in Business Management from Clemson University in 2003. Upon graduating, he began working with a financial institution in Greenville, SC where he served as a financial auditor as well as a litigation manager. During this time he gained extensive experience in business development, problem solving, and value added selling.
Rob started his commercial real estate career in July 2006. Since he began working in commercial real estate, he has represented both buyers and sellers in numerous office, retail, land, multifamily, and industrial transactions, as well as tenants and landlords in various commercial leases. Rob also has experience working with a regional residential real estate developer as a land consultant in several of their resort communities. He earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2014. Additionally, Rob is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), and is on the GGAR Commercial Steering Committee, for which he is a past Chairman, as well as a past elected member of the Board of Directors of the GGAR. Mr. Brissie was awarded the 2016 Caine Halter Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and was recognized nationally by the National Association of Realtors in 2017 for "outstanding achievement in the commercial real estate industry". He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Greenville where he has served as Co-Chair on the Luncheon Committee, the Rotary Club of Greenville Advisory Board as well as a member of the Rotary Club of Greenville Board of Directors.
Rob lives in Greenville with his wife Tanisha, who is a top tier residential real estate agent, and their sons Leland and Langdon. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, cycling and running. Rob and his family are members of Fellowship Greenville Church. Rob founded Cardinal Commercial Properties, LLC with the support of his family, close friends, and loyal clients.

Lou grew up in Simpsonville, SC and graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1999. While in high school, he participated in many team sports including baseball, soccer, and basketball. Additionally, Lou is an avid golfer and has been playing since the age of 3. Golf has taught him many personal skills including honesty, integrity, core values of teamwork plus other essential qualities. He has inevitably brought this same mentality to Cardinal Commercial Properties, LLC. Living in Greenville County his whole life, has helped Lou witness the amount of change that has happened in the area. He has profited from numerous customer service jobs ranging from managing restaurants, to various positions in the golf industry for which he has been involved for over a decade. Prior to that, he performed inside sales for Tekgraf and PropertyBoss software. Lou also has experience in the manufacturing field working on CNC machines and hydraulic pumps for Bosch Rexroth. All of which helped to create a wide range of pertinent abilities. Lou is an active member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), and a graduate of Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. Some of his personal qualities include being determined, reliable, and persistent. He is described as having a passion for helping people reach important decisions and tries to bring common core values to the customer experience. Tanisha Kim Brissie
Tanisha grew up in the Upstate of SC and graduated from Anderson University with a B.A. in Painting & Drawing. While attending A.U. she served in several leadership positions including; Vice President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Cheerleading. Upon graduation in 2002, she immediately launched her real estate career with a renowned national resort developer where she quickly advanced to become the Top Sales Agent in 2004 and maintained this position through 2008. Tanisha joined Keller Williams in 2009 and was an integral member of the top producing Keller Williams team in the Upstate of SC. During this time, she earned the Top Buyer's Specialist Award in 2010. In 2013, Tanisha founded The Brissie Group, LLC with the support of her family, close friends, and loyal clients. She currently serves on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council and has taken the lead in planning the companies annual fundraising and social events. In addition to her career in residential real estate, Tanisha assists in all of the back office activities at Cardinal Commercial Properties, LLC.
